Based on the above, Users are responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided on the Website through the registration form and booking processes.
Users
The use of this Web Page and any of its services confers the condition of user and the full acceptance, without exception, of each and every one of the present general conditions, as well as any other special conditions that, if applicable, may govern the use of the service provided.

Sales process
Should the user decide to purchase a ticket for the exhibition, the following must be taken into account:
- The indicated prices do not include VAT.
- When selecting the day and time of access to the exhibition, at the time of indicating the identification data and seat selection, users must enter any data required for the management of the booking and payment.
Before clicking ‘accept’, users will be given the opportunity to review the conditions of use.
By clicking on ‘accept’, the Web Page will connect to the bank’s payment gateway (virtual POS), which will charge the card account.
The Web Page will ask the user to confirm the usual method of payment. The Web Page will ask the user to confirm the contracting of the service and will again indicate the price of the service.

Suspension of service

Cancellation and Refund policy
- Once the tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be made except in the event of a possible incident with access to the venue and/or with the services purchased.
- In the event that access to one of the venues is not possible, the proportional amount will be refunded.
- In the event that a purchased service cannot be provided, the proportional amount will be refunded.
- Refunds will be made by the same method used for payment (cash, card, etc.).
User obligations
By simply accessing the Web Page or any of its linked services, the user agrees to use them diligently and correctly in accordance with these conditions and in accordance with the law, morals and public order, and assumes, among others, the following obligations:

Guarantees and liabilities
The EULEN GROUP makes every effort to guarantee the availability and continuity of the WEB PAGE as well as the services linked thereto. However, the EULEN GROUP cannot guarantee that the WEB PAGE and the services linked thereto will work correctly at all times, or that the user will be able to access them and use them quickly, free of interruptions or errors. In the same way, the EULEN GROUP cannot guarantee the satisfaction of users’ specific needs through the WEB PAGE or of any of the services linked thereto, and therefore does not provide any guarantee in this regard.
